Everyone is incredibly polite and courteous. We make someone feel welcome by the things we do and the things we say and sometimes just by the way we say something. Examples of courtesy are explained. The importance of "please", "thank you", and "excuse me" are illustrated. Interruptions are discussed and we are asked to imagine what it would be like if everyone interrupted everyone else all of the time. Taking turns is shown as an important skill. Are we making others feel good.
